Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LaunchGuard (the “Service”), operated by RCCTIX LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What LaunchGuard Does

LaunchGuard scans source code repositories, uploaded archives, and websites you submit for security, performance, and code-quality issues, and presents the results (“Reports”) with AI-generated explanations and suggested fixes. Reports are generated automatically and may be incomplete, contain errors, or miss issues entirely — see Section 7 (Disclaimers).

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will only submit a target (a repository, website, or archive) that:

  • you own, or
  • you have explicit authorization to scan and share with a third-party service.

Scanning a website or system you don’t own or have permission to test may be illegal in your jurisdiction (e.g. under computer-fraud laws) — that’s on you, not us. You also agree not to use the Service to: probe, attack, or gain unauthorized access to any system; attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or credit metering; resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission; or upload malicious content unrelated to legitimate scanning. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are violating this section.

5. Fix Pull Requests

LaunchGuard can, at your explicit request, open a pull request with AI-generated code changes against a repository you connect. This only happens when you initiate it and confirm it; LaunchGuard never merges a pull request itself. You’re responsible for reviewing any pull request LaunchGuard opens before merging it — AI-generated code can be wrong.

6. Payment & Credits

Scans and fix-PR generation consume credits, purchased in packs via our payment processor (Stripe). Credits are consumed when a scan or fix-PR request is created, whether or not it ultimately succeeds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively; changes won’t affect credits you’ve already purchased.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. A clean report is not a guarantee that your application is free of security vulnerabilities, and a finding is not a guarantee that a real vulnerability exists — you are responsible for verifying findings and fixes before relying on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated explanations or code changes are accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RCCTIX LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or Acceptable Use, or for non-payment.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
